Being Sensitive to Couples without Children

A good friend of mine also struggling with infertility came across this article in a blog she follows and passed it along to me, so here I am passing it along to all of my blog readers as well. The article is originally from LDS.org and although I'm not Mormon, the ideas thoughtfully presented herein transcend all religious backgrounds.

Thank you to all of our family and friends who so lovingly keep our journey to become parents close to their hearts. Your prayers, kind words and thoughtful gestures are infinitely valued and appreciated. :)

  1. The article is very poignant. As a stepmom people are always asking me when I am going to have a child of my own...it can be difficult because our plan is our own private decision. So I totally understand the perspective of the author...thanks for passing it along. I love you both...even from miles away!
